Workforce Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to build and manage our field workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable organizational architecture and design organograms
• Develop career paths and professional development structures for field workforce
• Design and execute L&D programs and motivation initiatives
• Build and manage monitoring systems to track performance
• Manage underperformers and streamline operational workflows

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in HR, Community Management, or Workforce Operations
• Experience in developing L&D programs for distributed or field-based teams
• Background in Project Management is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics
