Job Summary:

Lead projects from planning to closure, ensuring timely delivery, scope, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines

- Develop and manage project plans and budgets

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients

- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

- PMP or CCM certification preferred

- 5+ years' experience in construction/project management

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management methodologies
