Technical Assistant

Gender: Female (for gender balancing)

Responsibilities

· Assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and reports.

· Maintain and control technical documents and project records.

· Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams.

· Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

· Support procurement with technical specifications.

Requirements

· B.Sc./HND in Engineering or a related technical field.

· 2-4 years' experience in an oil and gas servicing or engineering company.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Project is an advantage.

· Strong technical report writing, document control, and project coordination skills.

· Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
