About the Role

Program Officer needed to support the implementation and management of donor-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with donor requirements, and measurable impact across target communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of project activities in line with approved work plans.
• Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and engage beneficiaries.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities.
• Support program budget management and monitor project expenditures.
• Coordinate staff attendance and monitor program implementation.
• Collate programmatic and financial reports for donor compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Social Work, Public Health, Human Rights, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in program management within the NGO, civil society, or humanitarian sector.
• Experience managing donor-funded projects and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• Strong report writing and proposal development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and community engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel to field locations.
