Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Optimize routes and schedules for raw material freshness and reduced spoilage.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory management, and dispatch of finished starch products.
• Manage company-owned and third-party transport fleets, including maintenance and fuel efficiency.
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment for local and export channels.
• Implement Lean principles and data analysis to reduce costs and turnaround time.
• Utilize ERP systems for real-time tracking, reporting, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance for integrated planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Agriculture.
• 5–8 years' experience in logistics or operations within manufacturing or agro-processing.
• Strong understanding of perishable goods logistics.
• Proven ability to manage fleet operations and warehouse systems.
• Familiarity with international standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP) and HSE practices.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.
