Requirements
- Bachelor’s, MSc, or MBA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIS)
- 8–10 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, structured finance, or related advisory roles
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, capital markets, and valuation
- Experience supporting executive-level financial decision-making
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance strategy and execution
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Oversee capital raising and investment structuring
- Handle mergers & acquisitions and business valuation
- Conduct investment analysis and treasury management
- Provide strategic financial advisory to executive management
