Head, Project Supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is an added advantage
• COREN registration and relevant professional memberships are an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, including 5 years in senior project supervision or project management
• Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, quality control, and HSE standards

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and construction projects from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
• Review engineering designs and provide project performance reports
