Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure fundraising, or related fields
• Strong network within the DFI and African energy finance ecosystem
• Experience with capital raising, project finance, and transaction structuring
• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills
• Experience managing investor relations and fundraising processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising activities across equity, debt, grants, and blended finance
• Engage DFIs, impact investors, commercial lenders, and climate finance institutions
• Build project finance models and investment cases
• Structure transactions and support deal execution
• Manage investor data rooms and fundraising documentation
• Maintain relationships with investors and financial partners
• Support the CEO in driving strategic growth initiatives
