Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, reporting, and cost control across large-scale projects
• Oversee financial statements, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Track project profitability, margins, and cash flow performance
• Manage contract revenue recognition and provide strategic financial analysis

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
• 10–12 years' experience (minimum 5 years in a top construction company)
• Proven experience managing finances for large-scale construction projects
• Strong background in project accounting and taxation
