Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline
MBA or relevant business/management certification is an advantage
Minimum 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry with significant Fishing Services experience
Strong technical knowledge of fishing tools, services, and downhole intervention operations
Proven experience in business development, commercial management, and strategic planning
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Oversee strategic, operational, and commercial activities of the Fishing Services business segment
Drive profitability, revenue growth, and market expansion
Build and maintain key client and industry relationships
Lead business development, contract negotiations, and bid submissions
Ensure high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and HSE compliance
Monitor market trends and lead high-performing teams
