Key Responsibilities

• Act as executive gatekeeper, triaging communication and protecting the founder’s time.
• Own full calendar and inbox management across complex, shifting priorities.
• Manage end-to-end complex international travel logistics and visa coordination.
• Handle personal administrative tasks, lifestyle operations, and household vendor management.
• Build execution systems (Notion) to track and relentlessly follow up on outstanding action items.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a founder, CEO, or senior executive.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with elite organization and attention to detail.
• High-agency operator capable of executing independently with incomplete information.
• Emotionally resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, direct-feedback environment.
• Comfortable managing a seamless blend of both business and personal operations.
