Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our core product suite. You will define the product vision, prioritize features, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout development lifecycle
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research
• Define and track key product metrics and OKRs
• Prioritize feature backlog based on business value and customer impact
• Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology companies
• Proven track record of launching successful products
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to balance technical constraints with business needs

Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree in related field
• Technical background or coding experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS products
• PMP or Agile certification
