The Role You will manage the end-to-end delivery of all foreign shipments — both AIR and SEA — from origin to destination. Your job is to ensure zero documentation errors, zero cargo loss, and full compliance with Nigerian import/export regulations. You report to the Team Lead, Logistics Management. What You Will Do Facilitate freight forwarder and clearing agent selection to ensure timely order pickup Coordinate with suppliers, government agencies, and inspection bodies at country of dispatch Reconcile ordered, shipped, and delivered quantities to ensure full value is derived Monitor and drive compliance with statutory shipping documentation requirements Track shipments and provide bi-weekly logistics reports to manage customer expectations Liaise with regulatory agencies — NCS, SON, NAFDAC — to prevent cargo seizure or impoundment You Are the Right Fit If You Have : University degree or HND — minimum 2.2/Lower Credit — in Social or Management Sciences Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Sound knowledge of Nigerian import/export regulations and international trade Experience managing freight forwarders, clearing agents, and government agencies Understanding of shipping terms, Form M processing, and shipping documentation Bonus : Knowledge of contract management | Experience with Letter of Credit transactions Do Not Apply If : You have no hands-on experience with foreign shipment management You are unfamiliar with Nigerian customs and import/export documentation You have fewer than 2 years in supply chain or logistics
